ABOUT OUR CAMPUS
Welcome to Newman International Academy of Fielder Elementary
Here we partner with parents and community to raise warriors of Wisdom, Stature and Favor.
Known to our families as “Fielder,” this is the first of the district’s five elementary campuses, serving students from Pre-K3 through 6th grade.
NIAA is a tuition-free public charter school that combines a rigorous curriculum of East and West in a college-prep, classical environment, preparing students for the 21st-century marketplace. The whole-child approach shows up everywhere: character development, leadership, academics, foreign languages, athletics, STEM, fine arts, robotics, chess, Civil Air Patrol, and more.
Our students thrive in a strong, disciplined academic program. Differentiated learning and a carefully designed intervention program make our classrooms a place where innovative instruction meets each student’s specific needs.
We love our students and their families, and we work to build the parent partnership that helps every Warrior reach their personal and academic goals.
Our main campus sits on South Fielder Road in Arlington. Students in 1st and 2nd grade attend the Fielder Site, a short drive away on West Pioneer Parkway.

Students who arrive after the start of the school day are marked tardy. A parent or guardian should accompany the student to the front office to receive a tardy slip before the student reports to class, so that every Warrior is properly checked in and arrives safely at the classroom.
Early Dismissal Days
Most Warriors are dismissed at
12:35 PM
On scheduled early dismissal days, Pre-K4, Kindergarten and Grades 3–6 are dismissed at 12:35 PM. Pre-K3 morning class ends at 10:00 AM; the Pre-K3 afternoon class runs 10:20 AM to 12:35 PM. Students at the Fielder Site (Grades 1–2) are dismissed at 12:50 PM. Check the district calendar for dates.
Please observe campus arrival, dress code and student conduct expectations so that every Warrior can begin the day prepared.
